    Pros +

    • Sea view.
    • Everything was awesome . Staff was so polite and nice. I don’t know the name but an old man staff near the lounge was so polite and helpful. The free lounge and pool and onsen was so so so good . Dinner and breakfast was also very nice and 5star quality food and drinks. Parking is very spacious and free. Wheelchair ♿️ person can also enjoy the hotel . Best part is you can use digital payment also like PayPay and merpay , credit card . No ❌cash payment is accepted. Toilet was clean and reception is very big .
    • The breakfast was great with a good variation of japanese and western style food. They even served local food like "umeboshi" in different flavors to try.Spa area (onsen) was great as well! The hotel was close to a local beach. The ocean view was also nice.

    Cons -

    • Outdated design. The restroom is cramped.
    • The only thing I don’t like is onsen system . It was time limited and under construction for decades men’s and women’s can’t use the onsen at the same time . It is so problematic for the dinner and breakfast guest. And I guess they should put more chair and tables at reception for free lounge so that guest can enjoy the free drinks and snacks without any worry . Seats were the problems . Other than that everything was ?
    • The bedrooms were a little bit old style.

Great staff. Good food. Nice views. A lounge with drinks and snacks is an excellent idea.

For a 5* hotel the bedroom was dated and the the beds not too comfortable. Next to a beach, but disappointingly and surprisingly spoilt by litter.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The upgraded room with sea view and Onsen were beautiful. Perfect for groups, weddings or parties.

The hotel is a little removed from the village. There isn't any public transportation there. Maybe rental bicycles would be a good idea? Also there should be an option to have a smaller less expensive dinner. Not everyone wants to eat so much before bedtime.

Room was large, excellent ocean view. Free snacks in the lounge in the evening was a nice touch.

    Room felt dated.

breakfast, free shuttle, room location, view

no confirmation or notification of double the price of breakfast when purchased after intial booking. Room and furniture very used and outdated. Mattress no padding like sleeping on the springs. Very few and expensive convinence foods. cannot recommend . will not return

The hotel is located on a peninsula with spectacular views of the ocean and mountains. It has a very large parking lot and the parking is free. The staff was very helpful and always went out of their ways to assist me. The onsen (hot spring) was large and easily accessible. Bring your own towels from the rooms or reception. Due to the isolation of the hotel, the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. It seems to be a great hotel for children since there were many families staying there.

The hotel is extremely isolated from the surrounding towns so it is very difficult to go anywhere away from the hotel unless you have your own vehicle. Taxis are available on call but are generally not waiting at the hotel. The restaurants were fully booked except for the buffet. The buffet was expensive and was held in what appeared to be a conference hall, but this may have been because of the COVID restrictions. The hotel is very dated. Access to the hotel is via very twisting, narrow, and confusing roads.
